Couples Flex Annual Membership ($69/mo)

Couple memberships cover immediate family only; 2 adults maximum (must live in the same household). Membership is a one-year commitment but is billed monthly. Memberships cannot be canceled before the 12 months are up but can be paused for a medical reason.In the event that a membership needs to be cancelled, members will pay a penalty fee of on half of the remaining membership dues.
