RPC WAIVER FORM   

I acknowledge that the activities of the Randolph Pickleball Center involve risks that are both within and beyond the control of the Center . These risks include but are not limited to personal injury and damage to personal property. I confirm that I am aware of the nature of the activities of the RPC their duration and the degree of difficulty and that I am properly equipped and physically able to participate in such activities. I further confirm that I have no medical, physical or other condition that might preclude my participation or result in a risk of injury from such participation.

As a condition of my participation in the activities of the Center and use of the premises where the RPC may, from time to time, carry on such activities. I hereby assume all risks arising from or associated with my participation in such activities and I  hereby release the RPC (and its members, participants and guests), as well as the organizers, officers, directors, volunteers, agents, subcontractors and employees of the Releasees from any risks, injuries, damages, dangers, hazards, claims and liability whatsoever which may arise from, during, after or in any way related to my aforesaid participation. This release is applicable even though the Releasees or any of them have been negligent.
