Information & Policy
I/We understand that MARTINGROVE TENNIS CLUB will not be liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, howsoever caused, arising from personal injury, death or loss of income while participating in Club activities or at the Club.
I/We agree to follow the club's etiquette and safety policies.
I/We agree with Martingrove Tennis Club's Privacy Policy.
I/We agree that abuse of club rules may cause Membership to be rescinded.
I/We understand that Membership fees are non-refundable.
Reservation Policies
Court time can be reserved online up to one week in advance.
We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Otherwise, your account will be suspended for seven (7) days.
Each member may have two (2) reservations per week and one (1) per day. However, please be advised that if a court is free, you can play at any time.
Singles - 2 players (members) must be listed on the court reservation.
Doubles - 4 players (members) must be listed on the court reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Court reservations and cancellations are the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation. Please do it by yourself.
Please don`t call us or email and ask to cancel/edit your reservation – this is YOUR responsibility.
We ask that members cancel their reservation at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation time. Otherwise, your account will be suspended for seven (7) days.
It is only courteous to cancel your reservation and free up your court as early as possible if you will not be using it.
