Livonia Athletic District operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a reservation needs to be canceled, you must do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking to receive a booking credit.
Please note, we do not offer cash/debit/credit card refunds for any reason.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we will credit the CourtReserve account.
If you do not cancel with a 24-hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
If inclement weather strikes or Acts of God, but the Livonia Athletic District remains open, you will not receive a cash/debit/credit card refund. If we are open for business, your reservation will be kept. If we close for business, we will notify you via email.

Release, Permission, & Indemnity Agreement
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any event, game, league, tournament, or clinic taking place at Livonia Athletic District (LAD) at 14255 Stark Rd, Livonia, MI 48154.
I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Livonia Athletic District (LAD) or otherwise known as Stark Roade Holdings, LLC, as well as their officers, employees, and agents from liability from any claims resulting in personal injuries, death, accidents, illnesses (such as communicable diseases including COVID-19), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in any game, event, league, tournament or clinic.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in any event, game, league, tournament, or clinic carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.
The specific risks vary but include:
- Minor injuries such as bruises, sprains, and dehydration.
- Major injuries such as eye injuries, joint or back injuries, heat stroke, heart attacks, and concussions.
- Catastrophic injuries such as paralysis and death.
I have read the previous paragraphs and know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks inherent in playing pickleball. I assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.
Indemnification & Hold Harmless
I agree to indemnify and hold the Livonia Athletic District and all named above harmless from any claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my participation in events, games, leagues, tournaments or clinics taking place within the Livonia Athletic District.
By indicating my electronic signature on this date, I am agreeing to conduct business electronically with the Livonia Athletic District. I understand that transactions and/or signatures in records may not be denied legal effect solely because they are conducted, executed, or prepared in electronic form and that if a law requires a record or signature to be in writing, an electronic record or signature, this agreement satisfies that requirement.
BY SIGNING UP FOR A COURTRESERVE ACCOUNT YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO READ THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT. THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
