As members of this Club, or as participants in any Club activities, you acknowledge your understanding that there is a risk of injury due to the inherent nature of most of the Club activities. It is the responsibility of all members and participants to seek treatment for any such injury as needed. 

An AED (automated external defibrillator) unit is located the right side inside the front door of Nahant Country Club Estate (building). We encourage members to be familiar with its use and or to attend a Red Cross CRP AED course.

A First Aid kit is available inside the warming hut.
