General Operations

Hours - open seven days per week (hours change seasonally).

Payment for services will be accepted via cash, check, or credit card. (Visa/MC/Discover)

Pets and bicycles must be left outside the premises at all times.

LPTC can assume no responsibility for lost or stolen articles.

Court Reservation System And Rates

All players must check in at the front desk, even those who use the backboard. Payment for courts, lessons and the ball machine will always precede usage of the courts. 

Courts may be reserved seven days in advance by phone, in person, or online.

A player may reserve a court for 2 hours for any given day under his/her name. Players may not reserve additional courts for other people including husband, wife or children if they have already reserved 2 hours under their own name. One reservation is allowed per person per day.

Players must conclude play after the prescribed time, regardless of the status of the match or if other players are waiting. Players wishing to play after their designated times may return to the reservation desk to reserve additional time. *This also applies to any League.

Players who play longer than their designated times are on the honor system to return to the reservation desk to pay for the additional time after play has concluded. 

Cancellation Policies

24 hour cancellation policy is in effect for all court and ball machine reservations.

24 hour cancellation policy is in effect for all private lessons.

7 day cancellation policy is in effect from the start of all programs and classes.

Reservations canceled or unused within the cancellation period will be subject to total costs. Check your schedule before making a reservation to avoid court costs with late cancellations. Repeat offenders may be asked to pay in advance to hold a reservation.

Weather Policy

All Reservations are subject to court playability. If a court is deemed unsafe due to weather conditions, or the surface of the court, your reservation will be canceled and credited to your Lakewood Park Tennis Center account.

Image Release

Client agrees, to allow The Lakewood Park Tennis Center to photograph, videotape or otherwise record images of event and guests attending event for promotional purposes. This release can be revoked with written notice to Lakewood Park Tennis Center. 

Indemnity Clause

Client shall indemnify and hold The Lakewood Park Tennis Center harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, award, fine or judgment with respect to, or arising out of, the use of the facilities. This includes, without limitation, any such claims, liability, loss, damage, cost, expense, award, fine or judgment arising by reason of death or bodily injury to persons, injury to property arising by reason of the client's alleged or actual negligent act, regardless of whether such act is active or passive. Client shall not be obligated to indemnify The Lakewood Park Tennis Center with respect to the sole negligence or willful misconduct of The Lakewood Park Tennis Center, its agents, servants, or employees who are directly responsible to the client. 

Use Of Premises

The Lakewood Park Tennis center agrees to grant Applicant limited use of the tennis center grounds. Use is restricted to agreed-upon areas and activities.  Said premises shall be available for occupancy from an agreed-upon time, and not to continue beyond the specified time without permission of The Lakewood Park Tennis Center. Outside rentals and/or equipment must be removed by the end of the agreed-upon rental time unless other arrangements have been made. The facility's storage use may be subject to a usage fee. The Lakewood Park Tennis Center is not responsible for items left on its premises.
